Edison™ Hard White Wheat

Now available for retail customers--our exclusive single-variety Edison™ white wheat flour! Bred specifically for maritime Northwest climates by retired Bellingham professor Merrill Lewis, this locally adapted wheat was improved by the famous Bread Lab at WSU. Sweet and buttery with a lovely golden color. Excellent in sourdough baked goods, pizza doughs, and anywhere white wheat flour is desired.
